Basic Skills Co-ordinator
You will co-ordinate a small team and oversee all aspects of student recruitment, funding, retention, achievement and learner satisfaction. In particular, you will ensure that basic skills provision is integrated with our full range of activities, including NVQ courses, and you will undertake teaching of up to 800 hours per year. An experienced basic skills tutor, you will bring real enthusiasm for releasing potential and the drive and determination to make all the difference. Above all you are able to relate well to diverse learners, and you are a capable and confident project manager and powerful champion for learning.
Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits.

Success sparks new opportunities with Spring Training
Due to the continued success of our Train to Gain contract we are now looking to expand our team using freelance assessors and trainers to support the delivery of our Health and Social Care NVQ programmes over the coming 6 months. Assessors must have D32 or A1 award and be willing to travel to different sites.
This position is on a freelance/fixed term basis.
