I’m not aware of any other programme that is tailored to a business’ needs and is so broad-reaching.
We have 20 people taking part and it is great for the cleaning industry, which has always been seen to be tarnished with a low-paid brush.
Some people don’t realise that working in the support services is a long career and spring offers a way of enhancing that. It has to be a good thing for our business.
